1. I already have a frame, do you offer custom printing?
Yes absolutely, I can't print to most sizes. Get in touch and I can give you a quote.
2. I'm not sure what would suit my walls, can you help me?
I would love to! If you send me an email with a picture of your room/wall with furniture in it for reference, I can create virtual mock ups to help you decide.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Currently I ship to Australia, the USA, UK and NZ, as this is where my professional lab partners are. Send me an email with your location and I will see if I can ship to you.
4. What's the difference between an archival print, canvas and framed print?
Archival Print: High-quality, fade-resistant prints on lustre paper with a semi-gloss, designed to last for decades. Prints offers sharp details and vibrant colous, and are ideal if you already have a frame to fill.
Canvas Print: Printed directly on textured canvas and stretched over a wooden frame, this style gives a modern, frameless look with a subtle, gallery-like texture that enhances the artwork. Canvases are lightweight, durable and arrive ready to hang.
Framed Print: Printed on lustre photographic paper and placed in a wooden frame (with or without a mat), framed prints offer a polished look with the added protection of optical grade, shatter proof, lightweight acrylic. Frames come in natural wood, white or black to suit different decor tastes. Framed prints are heavier than canvas, arrive ready to hang, and are a statement for your walls.

Canvas wraps and framed prints arrive ready to hang.
Archival prints arrive unframed.
6. How long does it take to process my order?
Once I receive your order, within 24 hours I send it to the lab for production. Production time takes between 3-10 working days. When your order is shipped from the lab, I will email you a tracking number.

8. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders within Australia, the USA, UK and New Zealand.
9. Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, as all orders are custom printed. If you would like assistance choosing wall art, please get in touch, I'd love to help.
10. My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
While every care is taken to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally accidents do happen. If you order arrives damaged, please email me immediately with photos and details of the damage, so I can resolve this for you.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
12. How should I care for my canvas?
I recommend hanging your Canvas away from direct sunlight, and in low humidity conditions, to reduce fade and damage due to moisture.
To clean your canvas use a static-electricity dusting cloth in a light motion, or gently vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust.
Avoid using a wet or damp cloth, harsh chemicals and abrasive tools that may damage the framed print.
13. How should I care for my framed print?
I recommend hanging your framed print away from direct sunlight, to ensure the print doesn't fade over time.
For quick cleaning, dust your framed print with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
